"Terrible Shopping Experience"
I reached out multiple times about a bag I saw during the live show. I wasn’t sure how to buy it through the show, so I thought I could either order it online or visit the store. After waiting two weeks without a reply, they finally told me I could come to the store to get it. But then, they featured it on the next live show and jacked up the price! I don’t live close to the store, so that would’ve been a pointless trip for me. Why raise the price after saying I could buy it? Luckily, I found the bag from another resale company, which is also a small business, so I’m way happier that my cash went to them instead. I won’t be shopping with this company again after such a rough experience, but at least I discovered another amazing place to shop.

"Avoid Luxury Promise at All Costs"
What a terrible experience!
- They don’t ever reply.
- I requested them to lower the price and give a discount on the item (like everyone else does), and they did reduce the price but didn’t say it was on sale.
- The bag was never shown in any of their showcases.
- It was brand new, yet they claimed in the comments that there was a mark on the leather, which implies someone damaged it, but I have pictures showing the leather was flawless.
I’ve lost all trust in them.
I’ll be picking up my item this weekend and won’t be dealing with them again.

The item description could use some work. The processing is fast and smooth. The live shows are super engaging. One thing that could be better is speeding up some of the shows. The description ought to be brief and prompt.

"Incredible Chanel Earrings"
These earrings are just fantastic! This is my second pair. The last ones were vintage and in pristine shape, but these are from the brand new 2022 collection. They’re in perfect condition and look brand new. They showed up super fast. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The price was great too. The girls are absolutely a dream come true! "Love LP, but customer service needs improvement"
I really enjoy LP and appreciate their mission to make luxury brands available to everyone. The live shows are fantastic, and I appreciate the straightforward reviews and the speed of delivery. However, there are times when their customer service falls short. For instance, I'm sending back a dress that was advertised as Silk, both in the listing and by the host, but it turned out to be Polyester. Now I'm stuck with the return shipping cost, which feels unfair since I wouldn't have bought it if I had known the truth. My husband got me one of those Luxury Hampers for Christmas, which seemed like a great idea, but honestly, the value didn't match what was shown during the live presentations. Plus, I ended up with two red lipsticks instead of something more neutral, as was promised. And that gift voucher? It can only be used on purchases over a certain amount, which wasn’t mentioned during the shows. Like I said, I usually have a great experience with this company and the presenters I've interacted with, but they really need to step up their customer service game!
